Photos of your donated item, copies of your title and/or registration documents and other proof of ownership, if applicable.
The Way We Use Information:
We use the information you provide about yourself when requesting to donate your item only to complete the donation process. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete the donation.
If you provide information about someone else; i.e. a relative, mechanic, etc., when making a donation, we use this information only to arrange for the pick-up of your donated item(s). When selecting to allow another charity or organization to share in your donation, we may provide your information to that charity or organization. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your donation.
We use return email addresses to answer the emails we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with affiliates. For example, we may tell an affiliate that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our donation form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
